Founder/Owner

Ryan Thompson

Ryan and his wife Julie, were married in 2021. Together they founded RyCo Electiric in 2023. Ryan is a leader in his field, transforming tough projects into major successes. Beyond managing single and multi-family divisions, he's turned challenges into victories in the commercial sector. Ryan, now a proud father to a daughter and two Dachshunds, values communication and trust in client relationships. His motto, "Let's do what you need, better than what you've known," reflects the excellence his team delivers, as evidenced by outstanding client feedback.

Julie Thompson

Julie has 20 plus years experience in customer service, 9 of those years in the tech industry. She has office managment experience with large and small businesses. On the side, she loves to learn the electritian trade alongside her husband, Ryan, and has recently become an apprentice. She has always been surrounded by the world of construction and wanted to dive in. Outside of work and prior to marrying Ryan, she has had the privilege of raising a strong, independent young woman. She will tell you her greatest working role is being a mother. It was a dream of hers to create a business alongside her husband. Julie loves meeting all kinds of people. She is extremely excited to expand RyCo Electric and incorporate a family oriented atmosphere.
